The College is approved by the Board of Governors of the University of North Carolina to confer associate of applied science degrees.

The Miller-Motte College in Wilmington is approved by the Board of Governors of the University of North Carolina to offer bachelor of science degrees in Business Administration and Allied Health Management.

South Carolina: Charleston, Conway

Miller-Motte College is licensed by the South Carolina Commission on Higher Education: 1122 Lady Street, Suite 300, Columbia, SC 29201, (803) 737-2260. Licensure indicates that minimum standards have been met; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of quality.

Tennessee: Chattanooga

Miller-Motte College is authorized for operation as a postsecondary educational institution by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. This authorization is renewed each year and is based on an evaluation by minimum standards concerning quality of education, ethical business practices, health and safety, and fiscal responsibility. The Chattanooga Campus offers the associate of applied science degree under authority granted by the State of Tennessee through the Tennessee Higher Education Commission.
